Account and Data Deletion Request

As a user of the AVANTA Driver App, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and any associated data. To ensure transparency and compliance, we provide an easy process for you to request account deletion.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

  1. Login to your account on the AVANTA Driver App
  2. Go to the My Details section on the app
  3. Find the option "Delete My Profile"
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion request

Data Retention and Deletion Details:

Data Deleted: Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Data Retained: Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, such as transaction records and invoices. This data will be stored securely and will not be used for any other purpose.

Processing Time:

Once you submit the account deletion request, our team will process it within 7-14 business days. During this time, your account will be deactivated, and you will not be able to access the AVANTA Driver App. If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion request within this period.

Confirmation of Deletion:

Once your account deletion request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from AVANTA Tech Ltd. confirming the deletion of your account and data. Please note that this process is irreversible, and you will not be able to recover your data once it is deleted.
