2. Use of the Services

• Use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and licensing requirements.
• Do not misuse the Services, interfere with operations, or attempt to access data you do not own.
• Provide accurate information to riders, dispatchers, and regulators when required.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees, commissions, and billing terms are agreed with your fleet or operator and may vary by plan. Payment processing may be provided by third‑party providers subject to their terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, logos, and content, are owned by Avanta Tech Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Services.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our privacy notices, including the Driver App Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Mapping, ETA, and network availability depend on third parties outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avanta Tech Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from or related to your use of the Services.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for suspected misuse, non‑payment, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time; instructions for account deletion are provided separately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws that apply.
